We have two easy service options
Exchange
Our Exchange option offers overnight replacement of your printer to your door step. Once we have verified that your printer has a problem we will send you an exchange printer which automatically inherits your original printer's remaining warranty. When you receive your replacement printer, simply return the faulty printer to us.
Return & Repair
A more traditional method of service. Once we have verified that your printer has a problem, you send it to our service centre and we will repair and have it available for shipment within the same working day of the receipt of your printer.
